Common help topics
- Forgot passcode: Use the app’s forgot passcode option to notify a manager.
- Account blocked: After five failed attempts, a manager must unlock the account.
- Key request pending: Pending key requests are held briefly so the same key is not assigned to someone else.
- Return confirmation: Employees request a return code, then a manager confirms the physical key was received.
- Network error: At work, make sure your phone is connected to the workplace Wi‑Fi network.
App review access
Apple App Review can use the manager demo credentials provided in App Store Connect to review the full app. The app does not sell paid content and accounts are created by the app owner for review or pilot testing.
